REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
offer a full refund or exchange on all purchases returned in their
original condition; unworn with hang tags attached in the condition they
were sold in within 14 days of receipt of the order. We advise items
are returned using a secure and insured delivery service such as Royal
Mail Signed Delivery, as Troojo cannot accept responsibility for items
not received. International customers should also use an insured carrier
to return items.
Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the order, but cannot be refunded.

SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER
delivery is unsuccessful the recipient must follow procedures to
collect their parcel using the instructions left by the postal service.
Items not collected will be returned to us, a re-delivery charge will
then be issued in order to re-send your item(s).

Sometimes goods may be delayed due to customs or weather.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all information is correct at the time of ordering to ensure goods are cleared.
Recipients outside the EU will be responsible for import duties, brokerage fees or clearance fees including any other charges.
