The terms and conditions apply to all contracts between yourself and Troojo Clothing for the purchase of goods.
Troojo uses PayPal for secure payments, PayPal has over 180 million users worldwide.
You will be directed to PayPal at the checkout page.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL), with the highest level of encryption key length.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund or exchange on all purchases returned in their original condition; unworn with hang tags attached in the condition they were sold in within 14 days of delivery. We advise items are returned using a secure and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed Delivery, as Troojo cannot accept responsibility for items not received. International customers should also use an insured carrier to return items.
Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, but cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be credited back into the Paypal account used to order.

Please note during busy periods such as Sales and Christmas shipping may take longer.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER
If delivery is unsuccessful the recipient must follow procedures to collect their parcel using the instructions left by the postal service. Items not collected will be returned to us, a re-delivery charge will then be issued in order to re-send your item(s).
CUSTOMS & DUTY
Sometimes goods may be delayed due to customs or weather.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all information is correct at the time of ordering to ensure goods are cleared.
Please be aware international orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties, custom charges or sales tax, these are all liable to the receiver.
In the unlikely event of a dispute in relation to goods supplied, any matter will be governed according to english law, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the english courts.
