RETURNS

We offer a full refund or exchange on all purchases returned in their original condition; unworn with hangtags attached in the condition they were sold in within 14 days.

Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds are credited back into your Paypal account.

Exchanges are processed and shipped back to you upon receipt of return.

Postage refunds for faulty items will also be credited into your Paypal account, however this will be issued once the item(s) are returned and deemed faulty.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased online from the 1st-20th December 2011 have an extended return time and can be returned for a refund or exchange up until 5th January 2012.

Please post your return to us using a secure and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, as Troojo cannot accept responsibility for items not received. International customers please also use an insured carrier to return your items.
